Alex Kerr was arguing for similar in his recent Deep Dive interview. Thinks that better tourism management and things like reservations systems need to be put in place. And with those, Japan will actually be able to absorb even MORE tourists in a less-painful way.

I wonder if the same applies to the high rate in Nagasaki too? The article just says ้้้ง and doesnโt differentiate between trams, subways, monorails, and trains. This data comes from the ๅฝ่ฉฆไบค้็ which would regulate it all I would think.
