Off to the Eastern Capital of Tokyo tomorrow for a few days. Stopping along the way to visit some friends, both of the old in-person and never-before-met online variety. Hope to have some photos of the journey for sharing with you! 🙇♂️ 🚄🌊📸

Other than Tanegashima and Okino-erabu, I don’t have any Kagoshima advice.
Aso is really nice. You could take the Aso Boy across to Kumamoto. Do they like trains with ball pits? 😊

If you are coming in from Shikoku by boat that is Beppu done. Do the Hells, then go up to Dazaifu and see the Kyushu National Museum. I really advocate for Saga time, especially Yoshinogari and Arita. If you want off track Nagasaki, Shimabara is great: learn to live With 🌋.

Hmmm… driving at all? Or only train/plane accessible stuff?
Like, you could fly to Nagasaki, train up to Takeo, drive to Arita, then drive across to Beppu stopping at Yufuin, then grab the boat to Kagoshima, and fly back up to Fukuoka for a day in the city. A week is so short!

Case of Vienna is astounding from a 🇨🇦 perspective: 60% of people live in non-market housing meaning landlords and developers have some tough competition to face, keeping rents relatively low. Great video. Watch and vote for rule changes to get more non-market housing built 💪 https://twitter.com/aboutherevideos/status/1587573014904070145

Going to be in Tokyo on Nov 14 and 15. Is there any startup meetups happening those evenings that I should attend? I could certainly contribute with a presentation on global hiring for small teams, or remote work, or some other Ops-type topic if desired.
