Wow! I have used (and done) a number of assessments over the years, they are really useful from an org design perspective, but 2 hours is wayyy too intense. If they are making you spend that much time on the interview process I hope they are paying you.

No tests here in BC either. The testing centers are also very low on supply. If you are sick and not dying, they say STAY HOME.
However, if you are an international tourist who wants to hit the slopes, the local ski hills are offering PCR tests to for a clean $240 💰💰💰
